Make sure you're registered!

Check your registration status at the Virginia Department of Elections website↗. If you’re not registered, register online↗, by mail with this form↗, or at one the various registration locations listed here↗. If you want an absentee ballot, request one as soon as possible. Questions? Call the Democratic Party of VA voter hotline at 844‑482‑8683.

Register by October 15 to vote a regular ballot in this year’s General Election. If you register later than October 15, including on Election Day, you can still vote a provisional ballot.

Vote early, starting September 20th

Early voting is available in-person at various locations throughout VA-02 starting September 20th. Find the locations in your city or county below where early voting is available, and click or tap on the map for details.

Red locations are open Monday – Friday starting on Friday, September 20th. Blue locations open on various dates in October. All locations are open the final two Saturdays before election (October 26th and November 2nd), and the Chesapeake Registrar’s Office is additionally open 2pm – 4pm on Sunday, October 6th.

Or vote on Election Day: Tuesday, November 5th.
